The VDM was previously launched as a blog (JBlog) by 2 North Bristol Trust (NBT) Junior Doctors in 2019. In October 2019, the 4 new NBT Junior Dr Wellbeing Fellows teamed up with the JBlog team to use JBlog as a platform to help promote wellbeing. The Covid-19 pandemic prompted us to change JBlog into the NBT Virtual Doctors' Mess.
